- What is Carolina York's order processing time?
- Orders will not begin being processed until two business days following for the below dates as our warehouse will be closed:
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Black Friday Weekend
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- How do I check on an order I have placed?
You can check the status of your order online. Alternatively you may contact our Customer Service Team by emailing us at Hello@carolinayork.com. Please provide your order number when making inquiries.
- Can I change or edit my order after it has been placed?
Shipping FAQs
- Do you accept international orders?
We currently ship to the UK, France, and Canada, and are expanding often. Delivery times for our current international customers will vary base on your postal service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 international standard orders are experiencing significant delays in delivery time.
You may be responsible for duties & customs. Carolina York cannot provide customers with these cost and you should consult with your country's customs office.
