    Ordering FAQs

    • What is Carolina York's order processing time?
    Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days before your package leaves our warehouse. 
      Orders will not begin being processed until two business days following for the below dates as our warehouse will be closed:
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving
      • Black Friday Weekend
      • Christmas Eve
      • Christmas
      • New Year's Day
      • Good Friday
      • Memorial Day
      • July 4th
    • How do I check on an order I have placed?

    You can check the status of your order online. Alternatively you may contact our Customer Service Team by emailing us at Hello@carolinayork.com. Please provide your order number when making inquiries.

    • Can I change or edit my order after it has been placed?
    If you email Sales@carolinayork.com within 24 hours we can try to accommodate an order change but fees will apply if necessary for a change in products or shipping. If you are due a credit that will be adjusted as well.

    Shipping FAQs 

    • Do you accept international orders?

    We currently ship to the UK, France, and Canada, and are expanding often. Delivery times for our current international customers will vary base on your postal service. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 international standard orders are experiencing significant delays in delivery time. 

    You may be responsible for duties & customs. Carolina York cannot provide customers with these cost and you should consult with your country's customs office. 

    • How can I track my order? Where is my tracking number sent?
    Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. You are able to track your order from your shipping notification sent to you via email. For standard shipping international orders, you can also use the tracking number provided to track via your domestic postal service for additional details.

    Product Information FAQs

    • What should I do if my diffuser spills?
    If liquid spills please clean up quickly and dry fully, immediately before placing diffuser bottle back in place to prevent any paint transfer to furniture or other surfaces.
    • Where can I buy Carolina York products?

    Carolina York products are only currently available online, but we are working to expand.

    • What should I do if I have a complaint?
